DELIVERY OF YOUR ITEMS: In-stock merchandise is available for shipment the next business day via UPS ground. Large orders may require additional production time. Please call for expedited shipping rates. Rush orders: If you call by 2:00 p.m. EST, Keltner, Inc. will guarantee SAME DAY Shipping. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return the merchandise in resale condition (unworn; no stains or marks, i.e. lipstick, ink, etc.) within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Any claim for packages not received must be made via this website within 45 days from date of order placed. All returns must be sent via UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL with a verifiable tracking number.
